We initiated the transaction, acted as financial advisor to, and assisted in the negotiations as the representative of CEIS.
Engaged by Canadian Environmental Information Systems to develop a start-up environmental information company located in Toronto, Canada. The assignment included identifying Canadian corporate equity partners and licensees to distribute the company’s electronic data. Hired by CEIS to negotiate a strategic alliance with Southam, Inc. Focus initiated alliance discussions and assisted CEIS management to complete the alliance.
