Engaged by the major shareholders of Versient, Inc. including Sterling Venture Partners, Comerica Bank and Mid Atlantic Venture Funds to sell the assets of Versient, Inc. Versient, an internet ASP software based logistics company, was sold to The Shamrock Companies headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, Shamrock is a full service marketing communications company providing outsourced print, broadcast services, advertising, custom promotional products and warehouse/fulfillment and distribution services.
