The FOCUS Research team is comprised of individuals skilled and experienced in business research, writing, and presentation. The team completes each research task and provides the synthesis and integration necessary for a useful deliverable. Financial planning, analysis and modeling, including preparation of proforma statements for business plans, are core skills of several team members. In addition, research associates call on a team of Focus affiliates for additional domain-specific expertise.
