Tammy has over fifteen years of experience in international sales & marketing, financial management, and systems. She excels at translating top-level strategy to on-the-ground implementation through the use of highly developed analysis, planning, and coordination skills, and the ability to formulate concise solutions to problems. Having worked with a broad spectrum of companies, from small high-tech start-ups to $1 billion international organizations, Tammy understands the internal and external difficulties companies face when moving forward.

As an independent consultant in the Washington metropolitan area, Tammy has been providing strategic, marketing, and business-planning support to top managers of small to medium sized companies in a variety of industries. Previously, Tammy was Director of International Marketing for Elite Industries Ltd, a $1 billion packaged goods company based in Israel. With P&L responsibility for local staff and four international sales offices, she brought her department to first time profitability within the first year. Tammy has also held operational and analytical positions in finance, as a financial planning analyst at the Los Angeles Times, and as Director of Financial Operations for Syntellisys Network Inc., a telecommunications start-up, and in software development as a software consultant within Cooper’s & Lybrand Management Consulting Services.

Tammy received an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business in Finance, Marketing, and International business, and a BA in Economics from Whittier College.
