| Mr.
Chetrit brings to FOCUS more than 20 years of experience in
operations, marketing and corporate development. He is a strong
manager with clear vision and well-experienced in managing
businesses of varying sizes in multiple industries. In addition
to leading three separate operating companies, Mr. Chetrit
has raised million of dollars in equity and debt capital.
Mr. Chetrit is well experienced in cross border transactions.
He provides financial advisory, M&A, strategic and corporate
development related services to mid-size, healthcare services,
healthcare distribution and specialty pharmaceutical, manufacturing
and distribution, technology and retail companies.
Prior to joining FOCUS, Mr. Chetrit served as
CEO of First Regional Telecom, Inc., a full-service communications
solutions provider to residential communities. Under Mr. Chetrit’s
leadership, First Regional was transformed from a communications
company into a full-service solutions provider, pioneering
the development of private label portals, entering into significant
service agreements with Excite@home and ultimately selling
a majority interest to Viventures, the investment arm of Vivendi.
In 1987, Mr. Chetrit founded HBS Holdings and
served as President until 1995. HBS was the holding company
for Hugo Boss stores, where he established the first free-standing
Hugo Boss store in the world and developed a roll-out throughout
the Eastern United States. Mr. Chetrit sold HBS and other
retail holdings in 1995.
Mr. Chetrit is the recipient of the "M
Award" for merchandising and marketing. Mr. Chetrit is
a former member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO)
and is an active member of the World President Organization
(WPO).
Mr. Chetrit studied business administration
at Montgomery College and the American University in Washington,
DC. He serves on the board of LabConnect, a laboratory services
company serving the clinical trials market place, and serves
on the board of Brochet Capital Partners, an equity hedge
fund.
