Abe Garver, a FOCUS Principal, has over twenty years of broad industry experience in acquisitions and divestitures, business valuation, corporate accounting, finance, entrepreneurship, business development and executive compensation and benefits for Fortune 500 and large privately held companies.
Mr. Garver focuses on the web-only Internet retail market where he is credited with launching the first Web-only Retail Index and associated Public Company Comparable Model to help founders and acquirers estimate the value of privately held Top500 Internet retailers.
Over the past 20 years Mr. Garver has also worked as an investment banker, and senior business valuation consultant with Merrill Lynch & Co., and Ernst & Young LLP, respectively.
Mr. Garver holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and a Masters in Finance, from the Manderson Graduate School.
In addition to professional pursuits, Mr. Garver is Governor Emeritus of the University of Southern California Alumni Association. He is also a member of The University Club of New York.
